How to make Chunky Soya
Step-1
Low flame - Dry Roast Soya chuncks for 2 min
Step-2
Add 5 gms ghee
Step-3
Roast for another 2-3 min or till soya starts changing.
Step-4
Sprinkle-
-1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Amchur powder 1/4tsp
