Homemade channa masala (anardana,tejpatta,clove,black cardamom,fennel seeds,coriander seeds,Kashmiri Lal Mirch,Ajwain,jeera)

Red chilli powder

Step-1
Boil chickpeas and add 1 teabag while boiling
Step-2
Make a purée of onion and tomatoes
Step-3
Heat oil,add purée and sauté for 2 min
Step-4
Add jeera,salt,turmeric,red chilli and cook till oil seperates

Once done,add boiled chickpeas and gentle press some of the chickpeas and add in the gravy

Add kasuri methi channa masala and mix well

Boil at low flame for 5-6 min

It’s ready to serve
Garnish with sliced green chilli and done ✅
