How to make chole masala
Step-1
soak chole overnight
Step-2
next day boil chola in pressure cooker by adding amla
Step-3
take a pan add ghee and onion saute it
Step-4
after onion little brown add tomato in it
Step-5
saute onion tomato for 5-10mints
Step-6
add all spices in it lastly add boiled chola in it.
Step-7
chola masala is ready to serve hot with rice chapati
