Chole Chawal & aalu Gobhi
- Chole 100 gm
- Rice 80 gm
- Ghee 10 gm
- Potato 50 gm
- Onion 1 Medium
- Green chilli 2
- Chole Masala,Salt,Red chilli Powder
- Corainder leaves
- 4 Garlic cloves
Soak Chole overnight
Take 1 spoon Tea leaves and boil. Add this water to chole and boil for 5-6 whistles in a pressure cooker. Tip- 4 whistles on high flame and 2 on low flame. You can add salt while boiling. The tea leaves contribute to the dark color of the chole.
For Tadka : Add ghee to a pan, chopped onion and garlic paste and cook until light brown. Add tadka to the chole and add Chole masala.
Take half a bowl of chole and mash the same and mix it again.
Boik for 1 whistle at a low flame.
Garnish with Corainder and serve with steamed rice.
