  • Recipe Ingredients listCocoa powder (unsweetened) - 8 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 scoop whey of your choice

Direction

Step-1

In a bowl add all the ingredients together

Step-2

It'll be a little messy but mix all the ingredients together with your hands

Step-3

If it's too dry then add very less water to the mixture and knead it, you can add milk too, but 1. the calories go up 2. shelf life will go down

Step-4

If you wanna enjoy a nice chewy chocolate protein bar then refrigerate it for 30 minutes and enjoy it, if you want to enjoy a kinda crunchy bar, toast it for 15 minutes at 200 °C
