Ingredients for Chocolate Orange Protein Shake
- › Orange - 100gm
- › Chocolate whey - 30gm
- › Yogurt - 50gm (can use greek yogurt)
- › Almonds - 10gm
- › Milk low fat - 60ml
1. Clean and cut the orange slices and chop the almonds
2. In a mixer, pour in all the ingredients and retain some almonds and grind it well.
3. Shift in a glass and garnish with orange slice and remaining chopped almonds and enjoy!
