Chocolate Orange Protein Shake
- Orange - 100gm
- Chocolate whey - 30gm
- Yogurt - 50gm (can use greek yogurt)
- Almonds - 10gm
- Milk low fat - 60ml
Clean and cut the orange slices and chop the almonds
In a mixer, pour in all the ingredients and retain some almonds and grind it well.
Shift in a glass and garnish with orange slice and remaining chopped almonds and enjoy!
