How to make chocolate oats protein bar
Roast the oats on low flame or microwave(1.5-2 mins) till becomes little brown
Add dates( seedless and cut into small pieces) with raisins to oats and mix well
add peanut butter and whey protein powder and honey to the mixture , now add milk to the mixture mix well till consistency enough for binding them together.
now spread the mixture over dish and cut into small pieces, dressing done with chocolate syrup( optional)
allow it to cool in refrigerator nd ready to serve, I made 50 small pieces from the Mix and 1 small piece is 52.5 cals.
