Ingredients for Chocolate Mug Cake
- › Whole Wheat flour - 10gms
- › Egg whole - 1
- › Almonds - 10gms
- › Milk - 10gms (can add fresh cream if in ur diet,macros will vary)
- › Ghee - 2 tsp
- › Baking powder - 1/4th tsp(optional)
- › Vanilla Essence -1/4th tsp(optional)
- › Stevia powder - 2-3tbsp (as per ur taste)
- › Cocoa powder - 1tbsp
Method
1. 1. Whisk egg and Stevia powder in a Mug.
2. 2. Add Whole Wheat flour , baking powder and cocoa powder n mix well
3. 3. Now add Ghee,vanilla essence and milk and mix the batter well so that it does not have any lumps.
4. 4. Add Almonds (or any nuts,berries as per ur macros) and Microwave it for 2 mins.
