How to make Chocolate Besan Ladoo (Whey)

Step-1

Roast the besan in ghee till it is brown or as per color you like

Step-2

Once cooled, add sweetener and Whey Protein to it.

Step-3

Mix well and make ladoos out of it

Step-4

I was able to make 6 Laddos out of the mentioned Quantity.

Step-5

They taste close to normal besan ladoo.
