Chocolate & mango protein smoothie
- mangoes 100gm
- chocolate whey protein powder 1 scoop
- yoghurt 20gm
Blend ripe mangoes,whey protein powder, yogurt,water and ice cube. Your drink is ready to go. You many replace yoghurt with any kind of milk also if you prefer to freeze the ripe mangoes over night then no need to add ice cubes.
