Ingredients for Choco Protein shake
- › Soya milk sugar free -200ml
- › cold water -100ml ,ice cubes -5
- › cocoa powder-10gms
- › instant coffee powder-5gm
- › pumpkin & sunflower seeds -10g
- › whey - 1scoop (opt- chocolate flavour)
- › Optional - 2small frozen bananas or stevia for more sweetness
1. Add whey , coffee powder, cocoa powder, soya milk ,water and ice cubes into a blender and blend it for a minute.
2. garnish with pumpkin , sunflower seeds or almond and enjoy it for breakfast or snacks .
