Ingredients for Choco-oats-whey smoothie
- › Oats-35gms
- › Chocolate flavoured whey- 30gms
- › almonds-5gms
- › Groundnut-5gms
- › milk(non-fat)-75gms
- › Hershey's milk booster syrup-0.25 tbsp (Have used for garnishing so can avoid this but included in macros)
1. Grind oats, almonds and groundnuts and take it in a bowl.
2. In a blender, add milk, whey, the above mixture and blend it.
3. You can add stevia or other sugar free if you want more sweetness.
