- Chocolate flavoured whey- 30gms
- Hershey's milk booster syrup-0.25 tbsp (Have used for garnishing so can avoid this but included in macros)
Grind oats, almonds and groundnuts and take it in a bowl.
In a blender, add milk, whey, the above mixture and blend it.
You can add stevia or other sugar free if you want more sweetness.
