How to make Choco-Beetroot Fudge
Step-1
Boil the beetroot by adding water for about 10 minutes or until it becomes tender
Step-2
Cool it down and peel off its outer skin
Step-3
In a blender or mixer, add pieces of beetroot, whey, cocoa powder and blend it well
Step-4
The mixture will be sticky, use spatula to remove it from the mixer jar. Add chopped or whole dry fruits. ( you may avoid this to reduce your calories)
Step-5
In a squared container, line parchment paper and spread the mixture. Make it even by using the back or spatula. Refrigerate it overnight. Top it with the fruit of your choice and serve chillš
