  • Recipe Ingredients listRawa/Suji: 20g
  • Recipe Ingredients listButter: 25g
  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk: 100g
  • Recipe Ingredients listCocoa powder (unsweetened): 15g
  • Recipe Ingredients listStevia to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt: 1-2 pinch
  • Recipe Ingredients listLemon juice- 1/2 lemon
  • Recipe Ingredients listBaking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listEno fruit salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Direction

Step-1

Take a sieve and seive following dry ingredients togeather (Soyabean granules powder +Rawa+ Cocoa+ Salt+ Baking powder)

Step-2

Add melted butter and milk and mix well. Then add Stevia and mix well.

Step-3

Finally add eno salt & lemon water. Give a good mix (1/2 lemon juice in 1/4 cup of water apx.)

Step-4

Greese the baking plate/ tray / bowl and pour the batter

Step-5

Steam it in an instant pot on low flame for 20 minutes. Then a standby time of 5-10 minutes

Step-6

Open and prick a knife to check if it's cooked well. keep it to rest untill it reaches room temperature. Take out and divide into 4 portions.

Step-7

Can be consumed warm or chilled
