chilly paneer with orange gravy.
- 50gm paneer
- 1/2cup orange juice with pulp freshly squeezed
- capsicum,onion,green chilly
- 1 spoon soya sauce
- salt,black pepper
- 10gm oil/ghee/butter
In a pan take oil and heat it.
Add onion,green chilly. let it turn pink or translucent.
add capsicum,salt, pepper.
add little water and orange juice let it cook for 3-5min
add paneer cube. let it simmer .
