Ingredients for Chilli Soya Rice
- › Soya Chunks 35g
- › Rice 30g
- › Green Bell Pepper 100g
- › Onion 100g
- › Salt+ Pepper + Chilli Flakes
- › Soya sauce + Chilli Sauce + Vinegar
- › Olive oil 5ml
Method
1. Soak soya chunks and give them a boil, squeeze and keep aside. Boil rice and keep aside. In a wok, heat oil. Add diced bell pepper and onion. Sauté on high for few minutes. Add soya chunks, all the spices and sauces. Finally add the rice and toss for another 2-3 minutes.
