Ingredients for Chilli paneer pulao
- › Paneer - 50 gm
- › Rice - 50 gm
- › Ghee - 6gm
- › Veggies - cabbage, bell pepper, onion
- › Soya sauce
- › Vinegar

Method
1. Pre cook the rice to make the pulao
2. Take 6gm of ghee and add cumin, chillies, garlic, onion
3. Then add veggies of your choice and paneer along with it . (Keep the veggies crunchy and don’t over cook it)
4. After 5 mins add salt, chilli powder, turmeric , pinch of dhania powder
5. After 2 mins when masala is cooked , add soya sauce and vinegar (one tsp each)
6. Add your pre cooked rice and mix well
