How to make Chilli paneer pulao

Step-1

Pre cook the rice to make the pulao

Step-2

Take 6gm of ghee and add cumin, chillies, garlic, onion

Step-3

Then add veggies of your choice and paneer along with it . (Keep the veggies crunchy and don’t over cook it)

Step-4

After 5 mins add salt, chilli powder, turmeric , pinch of dhania powder

Step-5

After 2 mins when masala is cooked , add soya sauce and vinegar (one tsp each)

Step-6

Add your pre cooked rice and mix well
