How to make Chilli Paneer

Step-1

1. Make a thick batter with cornflour , rice flour, salt , pepper and add paneer cubes to it. 2. Take 15gms of oil in a pan and fry paneer on medium -high flame for 3-4 minutes to keep it soft and take it out. 3. In the remaining oil add chopped ginger and garlic and let it get golden then add onion and capsicum. 4. Once onion becomes translucent add salt and pepper and all the sauces to it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. You can add water to it at this point if you want some gravy. 5. Add fried paneer cubes. Tadaaa!!! It’s ready to eat🤤
