chilli chicken egg noodles
- 150 gms boneless chicken
- 2 eggs
- 50 gms mushrooms
- 50gms capsicum
- 15gms fat
- salt n pepper according to taste
- 8gms red chilli sauce
- 7gms soya sauce
- 1tsp ginger n garlic paste
beat 2 eggs in a bowl with salt n pepper.
take 5gms fat in a dosa pan n make a big thin omlette.
cut into thin strips. Egg noodles r ready. Keep aside.
Take remaining 10gms fat in a pan n saute the capsicum n mushrooms. You may add other veges of your choice too..
Once the veges r tender add the chicken cut into cubes, ginger n garlic paste, salt n pepper, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
Cover n cook till chicken is tender.
Add the egg noodles n toss till everything is well coated with the sauces. njoy
