How to make Chilli Chicken & Sauted Spinach

Step-1

Chilli Chicken Put the ghee in a wok and add the chopped garlic and ginger strands. Add the chicken breast, vinegar, salt to taste, black pepper powder and keep sauteing the same. Once the chicken starts releasing water add soy sauce and keep sauteing for some time. Add the bell peppers and cook for 5mins max. The entire cooking has to be done on high flame. Chinese Chilli Chicken is ready.

Step-2

Sauted Spinach Heat the remaining ghee in another pan and add cumin seeds and dry chillies. Add some chopped garlic and cook. Add the spinach leaves, salt and cover the same. Be careful with the salt. It will be done in 10mins.
