- Chicken 200gm
- Capsicum 40gm
- Green Chili 2
- Ginger 1 inch
- Garlic 7
- Black Pepper Sauce 1tbsp or 15gm
- Onions 100gm
- Mustard oil 9gm
- Black Pepper
Marinate chicken cut in small pieces using salt, pepper and black pepper sauce.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add onions and a pinch of salt, cover it with a lid and let it cook for a minute. Until onions soften up (it will remain white, don't overcook).
Add Green chillies cut in large pieces, sliced capsicum, diced ginger, diced garlic n put lid to cook for another 1.5 mins.
Add marinated chicken, stir and put a lid to cook for another 17 mins. Do stir couple of times. If chicken is getting dry then add quarter a cup of water.
Serve with love n enjoy, best part it is not a cheat meal but tastes like one. To cook it in a more tastier way you need to add extra oil and black pepper sauce.
