Ingredients for Chilled Rice Kheer with sugarfree
- › Milk
- › Rice
- › Sugarfree
- › saffron
- › Cardamom
- › Dry fruits(optional)
Method
1. Keep boiling the milk along with few cardamom and saffron stands for 15 minutes.Now add the washed rice and keep boiling for another 25 minutes.Once the milk thickens and becomes creamy and the rice boils nicely,add the sugarfree as per your taste.You can even add few raisins and cashews if your chart allows that.Cool it down and put it in the fridge.Enjoy this creamy delicious dessert chilled all within your macros!
