How to make chilla paneer
Step-1
cut all vegetables like onions,tomato, capsicum and chillies
Step-2
make smooth paste of besan(chnna dal powder) add salt ,black pepper (optional)
Step-3
add all cutted vegetables in paste
Step-4
take a pan and heat it with 1 teaspoon ghee
Step-5
Pour besan paste on pan and spread gently
Step-6
Take paneer mash it and add some ,salt ,black pepper,and coriander thn mix it well
Step-7
put mixed paneer stuff on besan chila Fold it...and cook chilla in both sides
and coriander on top and served it with roasted peanuts
Step-8
