Ingredients for chili garlic mushrooms
- › 200gram mushrooms
- › 6-7 cloves garlic
- › 5-6 whole red chillies
- › 1 small onion
- › Salt
- › 5ml oil

Method
1. Soak red chilies in water
2. Grind the soaked chilies with garlic cloves and make smooth paste
3. Heat oil in a wok, add the chili paste and cook for a minute
4. Add slices onion and cook for 2-3 minutes
5. Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until water dries up and switch off the flame
6. Add salt immediately and serve with rice, roti or pasta
