200gram mushrooms
6-7 cloves garlic
5-6 whole red chillies
1 small onion

5ml oil

Step-1
Soak red chilies in water
Step-2
Grind the soaked chilies with garlic cloves and make smooth paste
Step-3
Heat oil in a wok, add the chili paste and cook for a minute
Step-4
Add slices onion and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step-5
Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until water dries up and switch off the flame
Step-6
Add salt immediately and serve with rice, roti or pasta
