Chicken breast 200 grams
Coconut oil 10 grams
Freshly grated coconut 30 grams
Ginger garlic paste 10 grams
Curry leaves 10
Tomato 50 grams
Onion 50 grams
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Chicken masala 1 table spoon

Step-1
1. Marinate chicken with turmeric for 5 minutes
Step-2
2. In a wok put the oil , add onion and fry till golden brown , add ginger garlic paste , once raw smell goes add tomato

3.when tomato turns mushy add marinated chicken , add chicken meat masala and add half cup water
Step-4
4. Cook this till chicken is fully cooked for 7 minutes , add freshly grated coconut ,add garam masala and cover it and cook for 3 minutes

5. Finally garnish with curry leaves and chicken Sukka is ready to eat with rice or chapati whatever fits in your macros
