Chickpea 1 cup(150gms)
Onion Tomatoes Green Chilly coriander
lemon juice olive oil
cucumber
Direction
Step-1
soak the chickpea in water overnight and pressure cook in the morning by adding salt upto 5 whistles
Step-2
finely chop green chillies, onion, tomato, cucumber in a bowl
Step-3
add the boiled chickpea and mix it well
Step-4
now add lemon juice and 1 table spoon olive oil
Step-5
add chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder
Step-6
mix all the ingredients and garnish with coriander.

I think macronutrients distribution is incorrect. Pl check. 150 gms of chickpeas has only 11 gms protein 🤔
