Chickpeas- 70gms (Kcals:212.8 / P: 18.2 / C: 35 / F: 0)

Veggies of choice (Tomato/ Onion/ Capsicum/ Green Chillies)- 100gms (Kcals: 20 / P: 1 / C: 4 / F: 0)
Greens of choice (Lettuce/ Coriander/ Cucumber)- 75gms (Kcals: 15 / P: 0 / C: 3.75 / F:0)
Spices/Seasonings (as per taste)- cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, turmeric powder
Curd- 15gms (Kcals: 9.5 / P: 0 / C: 0.8 / F: 0.5)
Garlic- 1 clove
Lemon juice- 1tsp
*For the sauce
Whisk the curd in a bowl.
Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the bowl.
Mix everything and keep in the refrigerator.
*For the patty
Soak the chickpeas overnight and pressure cook till soft on mid flame (takes around an hour).
Once cooled down, mash the chickpeas with the help of a fork (you can leave some chucks for that bite).
Add flour, spices and the seasonings to the mashed chickpeas and mix well.
Add fine chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves to the mixture. Now, mould the mixture in a desired shape (could be round, square, anything.)
Heat a non-stick pan and add some olive oil to it. Once heated, fry the patty from both the sides until golden brown or starts to crisps on the surface.
*Assembling
Take a toasted bread and put some lettuce on the top of it.
Now, put the patty on the top of it followed by the yogurt sauce on it.
Start layering it with onion rings, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and capsicum rings.
Lastly, put the second toasted bread slice on the top and ENJOY!
