- Chicken breast 100 gms
- curd 1 cup
- Flour 25gms
- mint, garlic ginger onion salt tomato
- Powered Masala (garam masala, chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder)
Cut chicken into small pieces abd marinate with curd , Ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes for 45 minutes.
Head a pan , add oil followed by finely chopped onion, garlic, till it's turns golden brown.
add tomatoes, garam masala and chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, lemon juice and set it aside.
make a dough of the flour and knead it properly.
make semi cook rotis
Place the chicken masala on the roti, roll it and grill or cook on tawa for 1 minute.
