Ingredients

Rice Noodles (or Rice) - 40g

Chicken Breast - 215g

Oil - 5g

Salt, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Black Ground Pepper, soy sauce - All these as per taste

Onions and Any Mixed Veggies (Squash, Green & Red Bell Peppers) - 150g total (does not matter. Just chop as needed)

Method

Step 1

Cut Chicken breast into small pieces and Mix it with salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and soy sauce. Let it sit for mins.

Step 2

Boil noodles in water till it is cooked. And keep it ready. Remove water.

Step 3

Add oil to pan and cook above chicken mixture for - mins on medium flame.

Step 4

Remove it into a bowl and to the same pan add onions and veggies. And also add same spices as above mixed with chicken. Roast for - mins or until veggies are little tender and cooked.

Step 5

Now add chicken that was removed and stir for - mins.

Step 6

Now add cooked noodles. Stir for - mins. Check salt levels and Done.
