Chicken - 100 g
Cheese slices - 2
Butter - 7.5 g
Tortilla Wrap - 120 g ~ 2 Wraps
Curd - 130 g
Cucumber (grated) - 100 g
Finely chopped Mint & Dil - Handful
Salt & pepper to taste
Ginger garlic paste - Half TSP
Lemon juice - 1 TSP
Onion and tomato as topping (optional, but it tastes good!)
Hot sauce - This seems to add a good kick (from my experiments), let me know in the comments.
Marinate the chicken in salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
To make the Tzatziki Sauce to a bowl add the curd, grated cucumber, mint, dil, lemon juice, salt and some pepper. (going through the ingredients list do you see how fresh this recipe will taste? ♥️)
Airfry or saute the chicken with some butter.
Time to assemble the wrap! Add some butter to a pan and place the Tortilla Wrap on it, toast it slightly on both sides. Put the cheese slice on the Tortilla Wrap, a generous amount of our freshly made Tzatziki Sauce, add the chicken, top it with some onion and tomatoes (optional but it tastes great!). Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
Want to take this to another level of freshness? Before you close the wrap, drizzle some more of our freshly made Tzatziki Sauce on top and now time to fold (if you can) haha 🤣
Toast the Tortilla Wrap well so that the cheese melts, the shape holds and it gets crunchy!
Serve warm and enjoy it fresh! I bet you won't be able to stop at one wrap ♥️
