Ingredients for Chicken Tikka (Air Fryed)
- › Chicken Breast (300gms)
- › Fresh Cream
- › Indian Spices
Method
1. Cut chicken breast into smaller cubes
2. Add Indian spices such as Garam Masala, Chicken Masala, Haldi, Dhaniya Powder, salt etc
3. Add 10 GM's Fresh Cream and marinate for a while
4. Air fry it for 20 minutes (If air fryer is not available, shallow fry it with 10-15 GM's of butter/ghee as required)
