How to make chicken tikka
Step-1
Cut 300gm chiken breast into small piece
Two table spoon hung curd
Add one table spoon Tandoori masala or and garam masala powder with turmeric powder cumin powder and coriander powder
Add lemon or lime juice and ginger garlic paste one table spoon
Salt one table spoon
Marinate and leave for 30 minutes or overnight
Turn up your oven to 420 degree F
Put the chiken inside for 30 minutes
Then flip the Chiken upside down and put for another 10 minutes
