Direction

Step-1

Clean and pat dry the chicken thigh

Step-2

Marinate the chicken in a bowl with oil and all the spices of your choice

Step-3

Bake the chicken in oven @ 200deg c for about 30mins or till it’s cooked to the bone.

Step-4

Serve with celery and carrots with a sauce or a dressing of your choice.

It’s not very precise. 100gm of chicken give approx 27gm protein mine was 2 thighs with 240gm with bone. Assuming 40gms of bones.
