Chicken Thigh Boneless & Chapati
- Chicken Thigh boneless 200 gm
- Atta 50 gm
- Butter 10 gm
- Ghee 10 gm
- Jeera Powder
- Onion 1 medium
- Tomato 1 medium ripe
Add ghee to a pan followed by finely sliced onions and saute until golden brown
Add Ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins
Add chicken and cook for 5-7 mins
Add salt and jeera powder
Add 2 green chillis (sliced)
Add grated tomato and cook for 10 mins and keep adding water to get the correct consistency.
garnish with Coriander and serve with chapati!
