Ghee 10 gm
1 big onion sliced
1 large ripe tomato
garlic - 4 cloves
Salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder,kashmiri mirch powder,chicken masala

Direction
Step-1
Add ghee to a pan
Step-2
Add onion and saute until golden brown,add chopped garlic
Step-3
Add chicken and cook for 5-7 mins
Step-4
Add grated tomato and saute
Step-5
Add spices mentioned above and cook at low flame
Step-6
Add chicken masala at the end and cook for 2 mins.
Step-7
Garnish with corainder and serve with chapati/paratha
