Ingredients for Chicken Sukka and Paratha
- › Chicken- 200 gm
- › Atta - 70 gm (yields 2 parathas)
- › Ghee- 15 gm
- › Onion 1 medium
- › Tomato 1 medium
- › Garlic cloves - 5
- › Jeera Powder
- › Black pepper Powder
- › Chicken Masala
Method
1. Step 1 - Add Ghee and saute chopped onion until brown Add Sliced Garlic and cook for 2 mins. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins
2. Step 2 - Add Salt, Jeera Powder and Black pepper powder.
3. Step 3 - Add boneless Chicken cubes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
4. Step 4 - Add Chicken Masala and cook for 5 mins.
5. Step 5 - Serve with Parathas/ rotis as per macros.
