Chicken- 200 gm
Atta - 70 gm (yields 2 parathas)
Ghee- 15 gm
Onion 1 medium
Tomato 1 medium
Garlic cloves - 5
Jeera Powder
Black pepper Powder
Chicken Masala
Direction
Step-1
Step 1 - Add Ghee and saute chopped onion until brown
Add Sliced Garlic and cook for 2 mins.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins
Step-2
Step 2 - Add Salt, Jeera Powder and Black pepper powder.
Step-3
Step 3 - Add boneless Chicken cubes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step-4
Step 4 - Add Chicken Masala and cook for 5 mins.
Step-5
Step 5 - Serve with Parathas/ rotis as per macros.
