- 100gm Chicken
- Broccoli 50gm
- Carrot 50gm
- 4-5 Pepper corn
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 Clove
- 2 green cardamom
- Salt to taste
- Oil/ghee/butter 10gm
- 1/2 onion
In a cooker add oil 5gm
Add spices and onion and cook for 2 min
Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 min.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for about 2 min and then add salt.
Add 1 cup water. If you want more liquid you can add more water or can reduce it too.
Close the cooker and keep the flame high. Turn the stove off as soon as you get the first whistle.
Release pressure and add the veggies and close it back again. Let the cooker cool down.
Once cooker is cooled down add 5gm butter and coriander
Serve with rice or eat as is
