Ingredients for Chicken Spinach tikka (dry)
- › Chicken boneless- 250gm
- › Spinach-100gm
- › Garlic raw-10gm
- › Ginger root raw-10gm
- › Mint leaves-50gm
- › Coriander leaves-50gm
- › Deep green chilly-0.125 cup
- › Curd-100gm
Method
1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, chilly and curd and make it as a paste(you can eat this with chicken as well)
2. Marinate the chicken slices with ginger-garlic paste, 3-4 drops of lime, olive oil, and the above green paste and keep it for 30-45 minutes
3. Insert the chicken slices in wooden sticks and let it cook in non stick pan for 10-15 minutes or until you get green golden tint and it's ready
