Chicken Soup

Direction
Step-1
In a non stick bowl, add onion, garlic and green chillies.
Step-2
Spray the zero calorie cooking oil / olive oil and cook until the garlic is cooked.
Step-3
Add the vegetables (50 gmCapsicum, 50 gm Cabbage and 50 gm mushrooms) and sauté for 5 minutes until the Capsicum softens up a bit.
Step-4
Next add the chicken shreds. ( cut the chicken very finely so that it cooks properly in practically no oil).
Step-5
Add the chicken stock and water and let it boil until the soup thickens.
Step-6
Add red chilly powder, pepper powder, chilli flakes, and salt.
Step-7
Serve when the soup is thick ( you don't need cornflour to thicken up :) )

Your hot and spicy soup for the cozy winter is ready!
Sprinkle with parsley for more flavor. Enjoy.
