How to make chicken served with spinach curry
Step-1
Heat a cast iron pan or non stick pan , add oil
Step-2
Now marinade chicken and veggies with salt and red chilli powder and lime juice
Step-3
Add it to the pan and cook 10 minutes each side ( total 20 minutes)
Step-4
Meanwhile boil spinach, and tomato in water with some salt sprinkled for 5 minutes on medium flame
Step-5
Take out and cool down , then make purée
Step-6
Boil the purée with a teaspoon of grams masala and 1/2 cup of water
Step-7
Now plate everything together with the amount of rice as per your diet chart
