Chicken seekh kebab
- ginger raw-5 gm
- garlic raw-5 gm
- peanut butter-10gm (can use peanuts powder as well)
- cashewnuts- 5gm
- watermelon seeds(white)-5gm
Clean and cut the chicken in small pieces and squeeze out the water
Grind cashewnuts and watermelon seeds together and make sure it doesn't leave oil and then take it in a bowl
Grind the onion, take it in a muslin cloth, drain out the water and make sure it's dry. Also keep aside onion water.
Mince the chicken adding ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt as per your taste, peanut butter, the dried onion and cashewnut & watermelon seeds mixture. The final mixture should be dry.
Divide it into 3 portions and make round balls. Thread it in either wooden skewers or metal skewers.
Dip your fingers in onion water and spread the mixture across the skewer and grill it until its golden brown on all sides.. (May use air fryer)
