chicken seekh kabab
- minced chicken 100gm
- onion 30 gm
- oil 10gm
- 100 gm vegetables (optional for salad)
- salt, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, chat masala
- green chilies 2, coriander leaves, mint leaves (
- cheese 10 gm ( optional)
- besan 10 gm
- half lemon
take minced chicken in a bowl
grate onion and strain water from it
roughly grind mint, coriander, green chilli, strain the excessive water
mix onion, grinded leaves and onion together.
add dry spices, crumble cheese, 2-3 drops of oil,lemon, besan to Chicken and give good mix
cling wrap the mix and refrigerate for 30 mins
after 30 mins take out from fridge and give a shape, assemble them on plate. again refrigerate for 1 hour.
shallow fry it.
enjoy with some 🥗 and green chutney 🍵
