How to make Chicken seekh kabab
Step-1
In a large bowl add chicken,10ml butter ,chopped onion,mashed potato,lime juice rice flour and all dry species.Mix it well and make a smooth texture.
Step-2
Grease your hands with little butter take a small portion of mixture and shape it now place a skewer in the middle,press it inside then shape the mixture around the skewer.
Step-3
Melt the remaining butter in pan place the kabab over it and cook til golden brown, keep rotating until it becomes crisp.serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
