80g cherry tomatoes
30g green belle peper
30g red belle peper
100g chicken thigh (without skin)
20g avocado
5g olives
1/2 tsp sesame
1/4 tsp black peper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp oregano
Direction
Step-1
1) cook chicken in ghee .
2) saute capsicum without any oil, until its soft.
3) mix all ingredients in bowl and its ready to eat.
