How to make Chicken Salad
Step-1
1)Wash the chicken breast and coat it with the raw lemon, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and other spices nicely and leave it for 10 mins.
2)Heat the pan on high flame and add 10g olive oil, when the oil is hot enough add the marinated chicken and cook it on low flame for 20 mins.
3)On a plate add the 100gm chopped lettuce, cucumber, onion, olive slices in a decorative way.
4)Once the chicken is cooked, place it over the salad nicely and your dish is ready to serve. Add grated cheese on the dish add salt or pepper if you like. Serve it hot.
